A credit card is required when booking your first appointment.
If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, a 50% fee of the scheduled service will be charged.
This helps us take care of our stylists and offer openings to other guests.
Existing Clients
We truly appreciate you and your continued support!
Your first late cancellation or reschedule (within 24 hours) is on us — a one-time courtesy.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, we’ll grab a credit card at that time.
Any additional cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.

Late cancellations make it hard to fill spots last minute and directly affect our team.
